Shipping & Delivery

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. After shipping, you can expect delivery within 8 to 14 business days. Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays. All orders are shipped FOB Shipping Point, which means the risk of loss transfers to you once the package is in the carrier's possession. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Returns & Warranty

Your satisfaction is our priority. A limited warranty is provided, covering defects in materials or workmanship for a period ranging from 90 days to one year from the original purchase date. This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover parts that have been improperly installed, misused, or modified.

For non-defective items, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, parts must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Important: For all returns, including warranty claims, you must first obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our customer support team. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, you must report it to us at info@lggautoparts.com within 7 business days of delivery.
