Delivery Timeframes and Estimates
The estimated shipping and delivery times displayed on our website are based on your location, package size, and our carriers' transit schedules. Please be aware that these are approximate estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control. We strive to keep you informed with any updates and aim to deliver all orders as promptly as possible.
Business Days in our shipping policy refer to Monday through Friday only. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays are not included in business day calculations. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Processing Times
We prioritize processing your order as soon as it is confirmed. Typically:

Standard delivery usually takes between 8 to 14 business days after shipping, depending on your location and the size of your package. Note that weekends and holidays are excluded from this delivery timeframe.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments
Upon receiving your order, we recommend inspecting all items immediately for any signs of damage or discrepancies. While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, shipping damage can occasionally occur. If you receive damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please reach out to our team promptly.
Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Item

Contact Us Promptly: Email us at info@lggautoparts.com as soon as possible to avoid additional charges. Reporting issues within 7 business days helps prevent return shipping fees.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Please obtain an RMA from us before returning any items, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Limitations on Coverage: LGG Auto Parts warranties for damaged or incorrect parts are valid only if reported within 7 business days of the delivery date.
Please note that LGG Auto Parts is not responsible for packages reported as lost or stolen after delivery. Any claims related to such incidents should be made directly with the carrier.
Risk of Loss and Ownership
All orders from LGG Auto Parts are shipped under FOB (Free on Board) Shipping Point terms. This means that once the carrier takes possession of your items, responsibility for the shipment, including the risk of loss, is transferred from us to you. While we do not assume liability for lost or stolen packages, our team is available to assist you with filing claims with the carrier if needed.
Reporting Non-Delivered Shipments
If you have not received your shipment within 2 full days after the carrier’s estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately at lggautoparts@gmail.com. To facilitate any potential claims with the carrier, please reach out within 7 days of the shipment date. Returns sent without a prior RMA will not be accepted.
